Group Training

60-minute fitness program that emphasizes functional movements performed at high intensity. It incorporates elements from weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular exercises to provide a complete and challenging workout. The programming is designed to improve overall physical fitness, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.

Tween Training

Fitness program designed specifically for pre-teens and teenagers; 4th through 8th grade. It focuses on age-appropriate exercises that help improve overall fitness, athleticism, and self-confidence. Programming often includes team-building activities and games to make the workouts fun and engaging.

Olympic Weightlifting

Training program focused on improving the skills and performance in the two Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. Members typically train together and receive coaching on proper form and technique. The barbell club may also provide opportunities for members to compete in weightlifting competitions at the local, regional, and national levels.

Private and Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-private and private personal training are two forms of personalized fitness instruction. In semi-private training, a small group of individuals share a personal trainer, with each person receiving personalized attention and coaching. Private training involves one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer, allowing for even more individualized attention and a customized workout plan. Both forms of personal training can be tailored to specific fitness goals and needs, and are often more effective than group fitness classes for achieving personalized results.

Rucking

Our rucking club is a group of individuals who participate in the activity of rucking, which involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack or rucksack. Members of a rucking club typically train together, share tips on gear and technique, and organize group rucks. The activity provides a full-body workout, and can be done in a variety of outdoor environments.
